About Us

Based in Mid Wales, we offer affordable and professional IT support and maintenance from a Technician with over 25 Years of experience. All at a reasonable cost.

Our aim is to offer a high quality and honest IT support service for all and for a fair price. Any PC or laptop issues can be looked at including some Mac faults.

Parts are an additional cost but if any are needed they are never ordered without approval and after a quote has been provided.

We cover Ceredigion as well as areas of Powys and Carmarthenshire. It is also possible to courier your device to us for repair following prior discussion.

Services

We deal with hardware and software faults, upgrades, virus and spyware removal, data recovery as well as home networking and broadband installations. We support and advise home users as well as smaller business customers. We also perform soldering and micro-soldering on laptops, PCs, phones, tablets and games consoles.

Repairs

We will look at most repair issues on your broken technology. Just drop me a message to have a chat.

Upgrades

We can happily assess and discuss any upgrade possibilities for you to get the most from your slowing tech.

Data Recovery

We will happily look at any data recovery on a best endeavours basis.
